  Really good customer service. There's a phone outside in case of after-hour check-in but there's always someone at the front desk which is a welcome sight. The stay was positively beyond our expectations for the price we paid.

  Friendly. Between Saugatauk and Douglas. Basic room with fussy tv, but jetted garden tub. Great pool for getting in a workout. Lodge/rustic/ bear decor in lounge. Breakfast included, but it didn't agree with my system. Would stay again. Had recent changes in management and think things are on uptick here. Flew Pride flag, which was appreciated.
